Thanks to Elodie Langevin's professional experience in real estate, with a bachelor's degree in real estate professions, we have made home staging one of our specialties.
Nonetheless, we never hesitate to consult with fellow real estate agents if necessary, for instance, if a new valuation of the property is needed (with your prior consent).
With home staging, the property will be enhanced, allowing potential buyers to envision themselves in the space. Your property will stand out from the competition, helping you avoid downward price negotiations and sell more quickly and at the best price.

We offer three different packages for home staging services:
HOME STAGING EXPERT VISIT:
During a 2-hour on-site visit, we conduct a detailed assessment of each room, identifying areas that require intervention.
After the visit, we provide you with a detailed report outlining the various actions needed to enhance your property.
Optional: Creation of photos highlighting your property to include in your real estate listings.

COMPLETE HOME STAGING PACKAGE:
We guide you through every step, from the initial assessment to the final staging.
Following a 2-hour on-site expertise visit, we provide you with a comprehensive dossier that includes a layout plan, one or more mood boards, and optionally:

Shopping lists for furniture, accessories, and materials

3D renderings to visualize the changes

Execution of the work with aesthetic supervision of the project.

After the completion of these tasks, we take the most flattering photos of your property for your real estate listings and offer professional advice for a successful showing.

VIRTUAL HOME STAGING IN 3D:
Do you know your property needs work, but you can't or don't want to complete these renovations before selling?
That's why we created this virtual home staging!
After a diagnostic visit and a precise survey of the property, we produce several 3D views and a virtual tour video so potential buyers can visually project themselves into the future interior of your property. The best tool for this is the 3D panorama, such as this example: 3D immersive panorama.
We can also arrange for quotes for the future work, so you can present clients with a detailed budget for their future investment. This helps avoid negotiations based on often exaggerated estimates of necessary renovations.
