Founded in 2020 by Élodie Langevin, Ligne Parallèle is an interior design and decoration studio based in La Teste-de-Buch, on the Bay of Arcachon.
The studio creates distinctive interiors, thoughtfully designed to reflect the architecture of each space, its surroundings, and the personality of those who call it home.
Particular attention is paid to lines, proportions and materials, combining furniture from renowned French and European design houses, exclusive collections, bespoke pieces and exceptional craftsmanship.
Two perspectives, one vision.
Today, Ligne Parallèle brings together Élodie and Maëlys.
Two complementary backgrounds and creative perspectives allow ideas to be exchanged and refined, enriching each project while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic vision.
The studio intentionally remains small and personal. Every project receives close attention, with a thorough understanding of its history, its constraints and every decision made throughout the design process.
Elodie Langevin
Founder – Interior designer
Before founding Ligne Parallèle in 2020, Élodie Langevin pursued a career in ballet.
This background shaped her distinctive sensitivity to lines, proportions, balance and movement, qualities that now influence her approach to interior spaces.
Within the studio, Élodie defines the creative direction of each project and oversees its development, paying particular attention to materials, furniture and the details that give an interior its unique identity.
Over the years, she has built a network of French and European furniture manufacturers, design houses and skilled artisans, whose expertise and craftsmanship continue to enrich the studio’s creative vision.
Maëlys Bellec
Interior designer
A graduate in Interior Architecture from MJM Graphic Design, with a background that includes training with the Compagnons du Devoir, Maëlys initially joined Ligne Parallèle as part of her studies before becoming a permanent member of the studio.
With a strong appreciation for materials and craftsmanship, she enjoys both the creative process of spatial design and the practical aspects of bringing concepts to life.
Her expertise in 3D modelling and design allows her to develop projects with precision, from initial space planning to bespoke fittings and the finer details required for their execution.
Her perspective complements Élodie’s and now plays an integral role in shaping the identity of Ligne Parallèle.
A sensibility rather than a signature style
Ligne Parallèle does not seek to impose a single signature style across its projects.
A contemporary villa in Pyla cannot share the same identity as a traditional Arcachon house, a Bordeaux apartment or a family home. Every property has its own architecture, surroundings and history.
The studio therefore favours a thoughtful, highly personalised approach, with a particular appreciation for beautiful materials, contemporary lines, sculptural furniture and unexpected combinations.
The aim is to create interiors that feel naturally connected to their surroundings, rather than applying a predetermined aesthetic formula.
Our studio in La Teste-de-Buch
Ligne Parallèle's interior design studio is located at 1233 Avenue du Parc des Expositions in La Teste-de-Buch, within a showroom dedicated to interior design and furnishing.
A creative workspace and meeting place where floor plans, materials, samples and furniture bring each project to life.
We welcome visitors from Monday to Friday, preferably by appointment.
